The space
This villa is complete with a full kitchen and living area. The kitchen is equipped with all high end appliances and the living area has comfortable furniture with a large flat screen television.
There is a total of two bedrooms in the home, all supported with en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom one and two are located on the upper floor. All bedrooms have king sized beds and flat screen televisions.
A half bath is located downstairs for your convenience.

Guest will have full access to the entire property and security access code to enter the gated property.

We do request that our contract (independent of AIRBNB) be sign and returned prior to arrival. We do not release information to access the property without receiving these signed contracts.
SECURITY DEPOSIT – Upon arrival we do collect Credit Card information in the case of any damages or incidentals up to $1500.00.

The villa is exactly like the photos. Brandy is an amazing person. The private chef was great! I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely be staying here again, it was worth every dollar.

Nice clean place, good amenities, nicely priced. Very nice support and presence from management. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. You must rent your own car should you decide to stay there.

This place is stunning!! It was like home away from home. We felt so safe and comfortable. Brandy was very helpful in giving us tips and places to eat. She was also very quick in response time. This place made our vacation and we have wonderful memories to last a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back!!

My husband and I opted to stay here vs a resort and I’m so happy we did! The house and amenities are amazing! Everything we wanted to do was within a 6-15 minute drive with most being. The beach bag and cooler were perfect for our trips to all the amazing beaches! If you are debating where to stay choose this place! You won’t regret it!
