Caya Villa 2 – 3 bed, 3.5 bath

DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!! the pictures dont really do this place justice because it is VERY beautiful & big ! this house has all the things you need ! the host was wonderful & responded very quickly anytime i had a question & was there to greet us when we arrived i definitely will stay here again

This house is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!!! Kier welcomed us upon our arrival and showed us around and went over details about the house. It is just lovely! The whole back doors open up to extend the living space which was so nice! The pool is beautiful. The water was pretty cold so we didn’t really swim but it was nice to sit beside and dip our toes in. Plenty of lounge chairs on the pool deck and they were very comfy! Also 2 tables that can seat as many as 8-perfect for outdoor dining. Kier was so sweet-she even provided small beach chairs that we used to go enjoy beautiful Grace Bay each day! She even had a beach mat and plenty of nice big beach towels! And a cooler as well!!!!

The kitchen is beautiful marble with everything you need to cook a few meals while there. We went to the Graceway Gourmet and stocked up so we could eat in a couple of nights. (We went back to the bigger IGA a couple of days later and it is so much larger that I would recommend going there) There is one bedroom down and then a master and another guest room upstairs. Each of those rooms open up to a lovely balcony that has another set of stairs to a 3rd floor viewing deck! Every day you can watch the kiteboarders on Longbay and see the beautiful sunsets. Beds are super comfy! Bathrooms are a good size with beautiful marble, very nice showers and plenty of soft towels. You will need to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Overall, this house is just really great and Kier is a fantastic host. We had an issue with the dishwasher one day and she even brought over paper plates and cups so we wouldn’t have to hand wash. I would definitely stay here again. You will need to rent a car if staying here so you can get around the island. It’s not far at all from Grace bay.

We went to the public beach access at Flamingo because you can rent chairs and umbrellas there. It was nice to get a frozen cocktail there as well! Love this house and Host!!!!

We had a memorable stay at Caya Villa 2 over the Christmas holidays. The open layout of the place and the impeccable way that Kier has done it up make it seem like it is an extension of the outdoors. The pool was a huge hit with the kids.

The villa is extremely conveniently located to the beaches (Long beach is literally 5 minutes away and Grace Beach about 10 minutes) as well as convenience stores.

Kier was extremely warm and super responsive to all our queries as well as personally attended to any issues we had, no matter what time of day.

All in all a fabulous stay! I would go back in a heartbeat!
